Approaches to regulating CO2 with EHR in selected Member States
The report is directed to the regulatory assessment of several combinations of injection including temporary storage (buffering), hydrocarbon production and temporary storage/hydrocarbon production followed by permanent storage. The report includes case studies from the North Sea with a focus on Dutch legislation but also including UK, Irish and Norwegian case studies.
